Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be RERA certified, with a strong network in the UAE real estate market and proven experience working with developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property sales and leasing transactions in the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and property owners
- Source new business opportunities and clients
- Provide professional guidance to clients on property investments
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid RERA certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate market
- Strong connections with reputed developers in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales/leasing
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual candidates are an advantage
- UAE driving license is preferred
