Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting property leads, advising clients on real estate investments, and closing deals efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, follow up, and convert qualified leads provided by the company
- Conduct property viewings and present listings to prospective buyers and tenants
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closing of transactions
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
- Keep up to date with Dubai/UAE real estate market trends and regulations
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in real estate sales preferred (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Dubai property market is preferred
