Property Consultant
About This Role
We are seeking experienced and high-performing Senior Property Consultants to join our European-founded real estate brokerage based in Al Sufouh 1, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals who are driven by results and looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage property sales and leasing transactions across Dubai
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations to close deals successfully
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations (RERA)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
