Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai.

The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property cycle, including identifying suitable listings, conducting viewings, and advising on sales, purchases, and rentals.

Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining an updated property portfolio, and preparing accurate documentation such as tenancy contracts and sales agreements in line with UAE regulations.

The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, providing market insights, and offering clear, transparent communication throughout the transaction process.

The Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and associated property experts to support special deals and ensure a high standard of customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Real Estate knowledge, including local Dubai/UAE property market trends, regulations, and transaction processes.
  • Proficiency in Consulting and advisory skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or a similar client-facing real estate role is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are highly beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian) are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, online property portals, and basic office software.
