Role Overview
As an Off-Plan & Secondary Sales Agent, you will represent our flagship developments and guide clients through exclusive property launches and premium investment opportunities.
You will connect buyers and investors with high-potential real estate while building strong and lasting client relationships.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of Dubai real estate experience
- Strong background in Off-Plan & Secondary Sales
- Proven track record in client acquisition and deal closing
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and developer projects
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote exclusive off-plan properties professionally
- Build and manage a strong network of investors and end-users
- Create compelling property listings with investment-focused value
- Stay updated with market trends and new project launches
- Conduct professional consultations and tailored property recommendations
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently
- Coordinate documentation, contracts, and booking processes
- Deliver excellent client service from inquiry to handover
- Maintain consistent follow-up to convert leads into sales
