Responsibilities
- Manage and close property sales and leasing transactions across Dubai
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and successful deal closures
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
