- Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle property listings, client viewings, and market evaluations for residential and commercial properties.
- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, legal aspects, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals while ensuring the best outcome for clients.
- Manage the full process from inquiry to closing and handover.
- Stay updated on Dubai market trends, community insights, and RERA regulations.
- Coordinate with owners, developers, and agents to support successful transactions.
- Prepare accurate documentation, marketing content, and listings.
- Represent Viona Properties at viewings, exhibitions, and events.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets as set by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate, communities, pricing, and investment trends.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide junior agents when needed.
- Well-connected with clients, developers, and property owners.
- RERA certified or willing to obtain certification immediately.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Fluent in English. Arabic or other languages is a bonus.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethics, and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
