We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.
You will be provided with fresh daily leads and full marketing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on fresh daily leads provided by the company
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market trends
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000
