Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Dubai.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, assisting them with buying, selling, or renting properties.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering tailored real estate solutions, conducting property showings, and handling negotiations.
The role also involves staying updated on market trends and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills to understand and meet clients' property needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Customer service abilities to ensure a positive and professional client experience
- Sales expertise with a focus on achieving targets and closing deals effectively
- Knowledge and experience in the real estate market, including legal and market trends
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
