Dubai Dunes Properties LLC is looking for motivated, ambitious, and results-driven **Secondary Property Consultants** to join our dynamic real estate team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective buyers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current property listings.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred (secondary market experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
