- Generate and manage new property sales and rental leads.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate offers and close successful transactions.
- Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market and property trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Qualifications
- Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- RERA certification is a plus (not mandatory).
