Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in the **secondary market**
- Strong, proven sales background in secondary market transactions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
