General Details
- **Position:**
- Real Estate Consultant.
- **Location:**
- Dubai.
- **Sector:**
- Real Estate (Primary and Secondary Market).
- **Compensation:**
- 80% Commission (No Monthly Salary).
- **Working Hours:**
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- **Marketing:**
- Daily Leads and unlimited Listings.
Job Responsibilities
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of local and international clients.
- Conduct property presentations and guided viewings.
- Make 75–100 daily calls to property owners for real estate advisory.
- Analyze market trends and provide expert guidance to clients.
- Generate and manage property listings across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of Real Estate sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
