Property Consultant

About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Stay up to date with market trends and property values in Dubai
• Negotiate terms and close sales or rental deals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations is an advantage
