This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Doha.
The consultant advises clients on property and workspace solutions and supports leasing, sales, and subleasing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify suitable properties, arrange viewings, present options, and advise clients on market trends and pricing.
- Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and explain leasing, sales, and subleasing opportunities.
- Prepare and update property listings and coordinate with landlords and property managers.
- Support clients with documentation and basic regulatory requirements.
- Work with the team toward sales targets, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and provide professional, ethical, customer-focused service.
Required Qualifications
- Strong real estate knowledge, including local market understanding and familiarity with leasing, sales, and property management processes.
- Effective consulting and advisory skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer-service capabilities, and sales skills including negotiation and closing.
- Fluency in English is required.
Beneficial Qualifications
- Proficiency with digital real estate platforms and CRM tools, organizational and time-management skills, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment are beneficial.
- Relevant experience in real estate, business consulting, or a related field is advantageous.
- A diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Arabic or other languages are an asset.
