- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients, showcasing properties and highlighting key features in Arabic and English.
- Actively source new property listings and maintain a strong network of contacts within the local real estate market, particularly targeting Arabic-speaking clients.
- Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled accurately and ethically in both Arabic and English.
- Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities, market trends, and property valuation to Arabic-speaking clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries promptly in Arabic and English.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including sales agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents, in both Arabic and English.
- Stay up-to-date on real estate regulations, market conditions, and competitor activities, particularly those affecting the Arabic-speaking market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and legal, to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
- Manage and update property listings on various online platforms and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate new business leads within the Arabic-speaking community.
