Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Property Consultant/Real Estate Sales Agent** to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate is a multilingual professional with deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, a strong sales record, and the ability to connect with clients through powerful communication and storytelling.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base, closing deals, and representing our company’s values with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 **years of proven real estate experience** in Abu Dhabi (residential, commercial, or off-plan).
- Strong **sales record** and network in the local market.
- **Fluent in Arabic and English** (additional languages such as Hindi, French, or Russian are a plus).
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and storytelling skills** to build trust and influence clients.
- Experience with **modern AI tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems** for lead generation and client management.
- **Valid UAE Driving License** and own vehicle is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under a **commission-based structure**.
