URGENT HIRING!!
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive edge.

1. Listing Coordinator/Consultant/Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
a. Coordinate and negotiate with landlords and owners who are interested to sell or rent their properties.
b. Coordinate with leasing agents and marketing about available properties for sale/rent to be posted on property portals to get leads.
c. Manage viewing appointments for properties listed.
d. Negotiate the prices with landlord and owner to sell or rent properties.
Requirements:
a. The candidate must have a good negotiation and communication skills as the main role of the job is to interact with different owners and landlords most of the time.
b. Must have knowledge with Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market. Arabic speaker is preferred but not required or any nationality.

2. PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANTS

Duties & Responsibilities:
a. Provide guidance and assist real estate developers sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
b. Determine client’s needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
c. Intermediate negotiation processes consult clients on market conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
d. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
e. Prepare necessary paperwork contracts leases deeds closing statements etc. when required
f. Maintain and update listings of available properties Promote sales through advertisements open houses and listing services
g. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
h. Creating lists for real estate sale properties with information on location features square footage etc Showing properties to potential buyers and renters
i. Presenting purchase offers to sellers Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers
j. Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
k. Excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales negotiation and communication skills

Education & Experience Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor s degree in marketing promotions advertising sales or business administration preferred 2 to 3 years of industry sales experience a plus Familiarity with office software and phone systems
-Proven track of successful sales record Ability to work independently MS Office familiarity Good knowledge of the local property
- We are looking for professional Real Estate Agents to be an intermediary between developers, sellers and buyers.
-Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.

3. Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

a. Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.

b.Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary

c. Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete.

d. Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough

e. Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

f. Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met

Qualifications

a. Male or Female

b. Holder of Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

c. Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.

d. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

f. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

g. Strong numeracy and organizational skills.

h. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

i. Strong attention to detail.

4. Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

a. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

b. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

c. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

d. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns\

e. Perform market analysis and research on competition

f. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

g. Prepare promotional presentations

h. Help distribute marketing material.

i. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

j. Help organize marketing events

Requirements:

  • Male or Female /Bilingual - English/ Arabic
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google AdWords)
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
