Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
include advising clients on property purchases and sales, handling customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and conducting property sales activities.
The role involves staying updated on real estate market trends, offering personalized solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service in every transaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting and advising clients on real estate market trends and opportunities
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a high standard of client satisfaction
- Experience in Sales, including negotiating, prospecting, and closing deals effectively
- In-depth knowledge and interest in the Real Estate industry, including market analysis
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Real Estate, or related fields
- Familiarity with local real estate markets within Abu Dhabi is advantageous
