Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The Property Consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end process of buying, selling, and renting residential properties, from initial inquiry to closing.

Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and providing market insights to help clients make informed decisions.

The role involves preparing and presenting property options, negotiating offers, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction experience.

The Property Consultant will also maintain accurate records in Huspy’s systems, stay up-to-date on market trends, and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide informed property advice.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE real estate market, regulations, and transaction processes.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and maintain organized, accurate documentation.
  • Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems to track interactions and manage listings.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property consulting, or a related client-facing role is preferred.
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
