About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• **Sales Generation**
• : Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• **Client Relations**
• : Build and maintain long-term relationships specifically with international investors and end-users.
• **Property Presentations**
• : Conduct professional viewings and high-level presentations for clients.
• **Expert Advisory**
• : Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.
• **Market Insight**
• : Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.

Qualifications

• **Language**
• : Native or professional fluency in English, Arabic or any European Languages with excellent command
• **Experience:**
• Proven track record in sales (real estate experience is a significant advantage) but not mandatory
• **Soft Skills:**
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.
• **Knowledge:**
• Familiarity with property laws and market procedures is preferred not mandatory
