What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet clients, understand their property requirements, and recommend suitable properties based on budget, location, and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property details clearly.
- Build relationships with buyers, investors, and prospects; follow up with leads and manage the client pipeline.
- Provide information about prices, locations, projects, and market activity.
- Support clients through offers and negotiations; coordinate with marketing, administration, and support teams.
- Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Confident and professional communication, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Comfortable with regular client follow-up; organized and able to manage multiple leads and appointments.
- Willing to learn about properties, projects, and the Abu Dhabi real estate market; positive attitude and willingness to improve.
- Able to work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
