Overview
- We are urgently hiring Property Consultants (Sales & Rentals) who are motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
- The role involves generating leads, managing clients, and closing both sales and rental deals in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property market.
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, and marketing channels
- Handle both
- property sales and rental transactions
- Promote and sell residential and off-plan property projects
- Manage rental listings, inquiries, and tenant/landlord requirements
- Conduct client meetings, calls, and property presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Work closely with developers, landlords, and internal teams
- Achieve monthly sales and rental targets and KPIs
