New Star Property Management and General Maintenance L.L.C. is seeking Property Consultants to join its team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property leasing and rental inquiries.
- Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with listing and property management teams.
- Achieve assigned leasing targets.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and transactions.
- Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi property rental market.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi real estate, preferably in leasing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi areas and the rental market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Good English communication skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
