About This Role
Overview
We are an international investment company with a growing accommodation portfolio in Dubai.
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Assistant to help manage 5 apartments within one building in Downtown Dubai.
This is a live-in role, and the successful candidate will stay in the accommodation provided within the building.
This is a part-time, entry-level role, mainly requiring availability during late afternoons and evenings (approximately 5pm–10pm), leaving flexibility during the day for studies, freelance work, or another job.
We are looking for someone dependable, organised, and proactive, as you will be the main person on-site working with our overseas team.
The role includes helping tenants and guests, coordinating cleaners and maintenance, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling day-to-day issues, and helping keep the apartments running smoothly.
Ideal Candidate
- Good written and spoken English
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable dealing with tenants, guests, and contractors
- A problem solver rather than someone who waits for tasks
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
Location
Downtown Dubai (live-in accommodation included)
Hours: Part-time (5pm–10pm)
Portfolio: 5 apartments
Pay: AED 3,000 + performance-based commission
Car and Visa can be discussed
