Role overview
Homex Properties seeks experienced secondary-market property consultants for its Dubai real estate team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying and selling secondary-market properties across Dubai.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Generate business opportunities and convert qualified leads into transactions.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage sales from start to finish.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Provide customer service and achieve individual sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience; secondary-market experience is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated sales mindset.
- Knowledge of Dubai's property market is advantageous.
- Ability to build client relationships and close transactions.
- A valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.
