Join Tanami Properties as a Property Advisor specializing in the secondary market.
The role focuses on ready-property sales, advising investors and end-users, and maximizing sales opportunities in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ready properties directly.
- Build relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, return on investment, and market trends.
- Present properties, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai; luxury experience is preferred.
- Ability to generate business independently and a strong investment mindset and market understanding.
- Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven approach.
Languages
- English is mandatory.
- Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, and French are preferred.
