Property Advisor specializing in the secondary market, connecting clients with property opportunities and maximizing sales in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ready properties directly.
- Build relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
- Present properties, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
- Generate and manage leads through campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven Dubai secondary sales experience; luxury experience preferred.
- Ability to self-generate business and a strong investment mindset and market understanding.
- Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven.
- English is mandatory; Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, and French are preferred.
