• Commission-based Property Advisor.
• You get warm, qualified leads delivered daily, then take buyers through viewings/briefings, negotiation, and close.
• This is a closing role, not a cold-calling one.

• 50% to start
• 60% once you clear your first target band
• 70% at top tier
