The role covers both Off-Plan and Secondary Market transactions.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate
- Experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Dubai property developers and projects
- Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional attitude
- Arabic Speaking or Different Language is a plus

Responsibilities
- Handle sales for Off-Plan and Secondary market properties
- Advise clients on property investments and opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Stay updated with market trends, launches, and resale opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Join Alhad Properties and be part of a dynamic real estate team in Dubai, specializing in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market opportunities.
