Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Advisor to join our growing real estate team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai and UAE property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find suitable real estate investment opportunities.

The role involves generating leads, advising clients, conducting property viewings, and closing sales while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties.
  • Advise clients on market trends, property values, investment opportunities, and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments, projects, and market conditions in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, mortgage advisors, and legal professionals to facilitate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, or Property Sales Advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai and UAE real estate market, including off-plan and secondary property sales.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in any additional language is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RERA regulations and real estate procedures is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working with property developers and real estate brokerage firms.
  • Strong understanding of investment analysis and property financing options.
  • Established network of clients and industry contacts within the UAE real estate sector.
