Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor (Commission-Based) role located in Dubai.
The Property Advisor will guide clients through property acquisition, portfolio expansion, and investment decisions in Dubai’s residential and investment markets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, sourcing and evaluating properties, preparing investment proposals, and advising clients on asset performance and revenue optimization.
The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating property viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting transactions from initial inquiry through closing.
The Property Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies with Leedwells’ integrated model, ensuring consistent advisory quality and long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and present investment opportunities clearly.
- Knowledge of Property Management and Dubai real estate operations, including residential and investment property dynamics.
- Understanding of Investments and Finance, with the ability to interpret returns, yields, and basic financial metrics for property portfolios.
- Proven ability to work in a commission-based environment, with a results-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations, market trends, and transactional processes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for managing leads, documentation, and client communication.
- Previous experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or investment sales is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
