Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Property Acquisition Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting landlords, property owners, real estate companies, and holiday home operators to onboard properties onto our rental platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact landlords and property owners through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Explain our monthly rental and property management services.
- Onboard new properties and maintain an updated property database.
- Collect property details, photos, pricing, and availability information.
- Conduct property visits when required.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and company systems.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong confidence in speaking with landlords and property owners.
- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate, holiday homes, or property rental market is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and database management skills.
