Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related accounting/reporting experience.
- Analytical and accounting skills commensurate with experience level.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to listen and ask questions for clarification.
- Ability to interact with Clients and team members.
- Self-motivation, ability to multi-task, and thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to take initiative in solving routine/intermediate problems and present possible solutions to supervisor.
- Intermediate competence in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of various accounting software; Yardi and/or MRI experience is a plus.
- Full-cycle G/L accounting and real estate industry experience are a plus.
