Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Property Maintenance Manager / Operations Coordinator / Executive Assistant.

The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating day-to-day tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities

also include monitoring ongoing projects, problem-solving, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Additionally, the role requires analytical decision-making to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills with experience overseeing operations and maintenance activities
  • Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure tasks and projects run efficiently
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and implement improvements
  • Exceptional Communication skills for clear, concise, and effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and ensure deadlines are met in a remote environment
  • Experience in logistics or property management is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a background in business, management, or a similar field is beneficial
