Role Overview
We are looking for a Promotion Manager to support the company’s overseas marketing, social media promotion, and user-facing communication activities in financial markets.
This role is designed for a candidate with a background in financial markets, investment, wealth management, financial planning, or financial analysis, while also having the ability to manage social media content, promotional campaigns, and market-facing communication.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a solid understanding of financial products or financial markets, and hands-on experience in social media, digital content, or promotional activities.
Experience in paid media, channel management, KOLs, IBs, or affiliates is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
Mandatory Certification Requirements
The candidate must hold both of the following CISI certificates:

Candidates who do not currently hold both certificates may be considered only if they are eligible and willing to complete the required exams within the company’s required timeline, subject to regulatory and internal approval requirements.
Key Responsibilities
⦁Plan and execute social media promotion strategies across social medias, including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
⦁Manage day-to-day promotional activities, including social media content planning, campaign coordination, post scheduling, engagement tracking, and basic performance review.
⦁Support the creation and review of promotional materials, ensuring that marketing content is accurate, clear, user-appropriate, and aligned with internal compliance requirements.
⦁Work with internal teams to prepare market-facing content, including product updates, market education content, campaign materials, social media posts, landing page copy, and user communication materials.
⦁Monitor market trends, financial market topics, competitor activities, and social media trends to identify relevant promotional opportunities.
⦁Support brand awareness and user acquisition through social media, content distribution, online campaigns, and community-facing promotional activities.
⦁Track and analyze promotional performance, including reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversion indicators, and user feedback.
⦁Prepare regular reports on promotional activities, campaign performance, user engagement, and market feedback.
Qualification
The candidate should meet one of the following qualification and experience requirements:
⦁A university degree together with no less than 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning.
⦁A diploma certificate or lower qualification together with no less than 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning.
⦁Alternatively, no less than 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning, together with one of the following
Requirements
⦁Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
⦁Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial markets, investment, wealth management, financial planning, financial analysis, or a related financial services environment.
⦁Strong English communication skills.
English must be usable as a working language for content review, internal communication, external communication, and promotional material preparation.
⦁Good understanding of financial products, financial markets, investment concepts, trading platforms, wealth management, or related user-facing financial services.
⦁Experience in social media operations, content promotion, digital marketing, campaign coordination, or brand communication.
⦁Ability to prepare, review, and coordinate promotional content for overseas audiences.
⦁Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure promotional materials are accurate, professional, and appropriate for financial services users.
⦁Good communication, execution, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
⦁Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple promotional tasks, campaigns, and content projects at the same time.
Preferred Qualifications
⦁Experience in fintech, brokerage, securities, CFD, forex, trading platforms, crypto, investment platforms, wealth management, or other financial products.
⦁Experience managing overseas social media accounts or executing social media campaigns.
⦁Experience with content marketing, financial education content, market commentary, user acquisition campaigns, or community promotion.
⦁Experience with paid advertising, performance marketing, KOL marketing, IBs, affiliates, or channel partners is a plus, but not required.
⦁Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, TikTok Ads, HubSpot, CRM systems, or social media management tools.
⦁Experience working with compliance, product, sales, or operations teams in a regulated financial services environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have a financial markets or investment-related background and be comfortable working on social media promotion and user-facing marketing content.
This role requires the candidate to meet the relevant financial qualification and experience requirements, has strong English capability, understands financial services users, and can independently support social media promotion and promotional content execution.
