- Knowledge Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications or memberships with recognized engineering, construction, project management, quantity surveying, or built environment institutes, such as SCE, ICE, CIOB, PMI, APM, RICS, AACE, or equivalent, are preferred.
Skills
- Demonstrates fluency in written and verbal English, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.
- Analyzes operational data and information to support decision-making, identify issues, and contribute to improving processes and outcomes.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders to support the effective execution of activities and ensure alignment across teams.
- Manages team activities and ensures accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in deliverables and operational outputs.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of project delivery, construction management, contractor oversight, construction supervision, site logistics, HSE, quality, testing, commissioning, and handover readiness.
- Applies project delivery judgment to review construction progress, contractor performance, technical submissions, site issues, risks, and completion evidence.
- Demonstrates understanding of procurement readiness, construction sequencing, interface management, authority approvals, delivery governance, and operational readiness requirements.
- Reviews project documentation, reports, schedules, trackers, inspection outputs, non-conformance records, and handover materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience Years of Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project delivery, construction management, project management, infrastructure delivery, real estate development, mixed-use development, or related fields, including relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience managing project delivery activities across construction readiness, site execution, contractor and consultant coordination, interface management, HSE, quality, schedule monitoring, risk and issue resolution, testing, commissioning, completion, handover, and operational readiness within large-scale construction, infrastructure, real estate, and mixed-use environments.
