Role overview
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex parking management and ELV security systems projects.
Ensure effective integration and performance of systems across large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Parking Management and ELV Security System integration projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed plans covering schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Prepare contracts, review project financial reports, and maintain budget control.
- Maintain documentation and update senior management regularly.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience managing ELV and systems integration projects.
- Expertise in Parking Management Systems; Security Systems including CCTV and Access Control; and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
- Expertise in ELV systems including intercom, central battery, and structured cabling.
- In-depth knowledge of contracting and project financials.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
