Projects Manager
About This Role
Analyze current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be).
Document workflows using tools such as BPMN, process maps, and flowcharts.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process re-engineering.
Develop and standardize Policies, Procedures, and SOPs across departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance using defined KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and implement solutions.
Support digital transformation initiatives including automation and RPA implementation.
Conduct workshops (e.g., process mapping, FMEA, value stream mapping) with stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and quality requirements.
