Role Description
The Projects & Events Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jeddah.
The role plans, coordinates, and executes marketing projects and events from concept through delivery.
The position ensures timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, clients, internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, staffing, and materials.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
- Monitor risks and dependencies.
- Maintain communication among stakeholders.
- Review creative and production outputs.
- Optimize processes and contribute ideas to improve client experiences and event impact.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience managing corporate functions, brand activations, exhibitions, or product launches.
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to convert client needs into actionable plans.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Work Arrangement
- The role uses a hybrid arrangement with on-site coordination in Jeddah and remote collaboration.
Tools and Experience
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Office and project tracking software.
- Relevant experience in advertising, marketing, events, or a related field is required.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Education
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
