Key Responsibilities
✔ Coordinating commercial kitchen projects from order confirmation through to installation and handover
✔ Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
✔ Monitoring project schedules, material deliveries, and installation progress
✔ Ensuring project documentation, drawings, and approvals are properly managed
✔ Supporting project managers in meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
✔ Coordinating site activities and resolving project-related issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Projects Coordinator within the commercial kitchen equipment industry
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen project workflows, equipment, and installation processes
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and hospitality clients
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
- UAE experience is preferred
• Location: Dubai, UAE
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
