Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related degree field
- Minimum 8 years of Automotive Industry experience
- Experience in vehicle / component design / release engineering, vehicle finance cost, program management, and / or component cost analysis
- Experience with NVH, Durability, Safety, Dynamics
- Excellent leadership communications / people skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to manage change and present ideas / concepts to all levels of management
- Able to motivate and lead people that do not report directly to you
- MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to productively manage change include trade-off decisions
