Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced **Projects Supervisor** to oversee the execution and delivery of luxury interior design and fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will have **at least 7 years of experience**, having successfully completed **10+ high-end interior projects**.
This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, site management, and communication skills to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality-driven project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities and subcontractors to ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor project progress, reporting regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Review and interpret architectural and MEP drawings and ensure site execution matches approved plans.
- Manage material deliveries, site logistics, manpower planning, and daily work schedules.
- Maintain clear communication with design teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance.
- Identify and resolve project issues or delays proactively.
- Track project costs, ensuring operations stay within budget and scope.
- Document and report on project milestones, variations, incidents, and completion status.
- Mentor and guide site engineers, foremen, and laborers.
- Ensure all installations and finishes meet the highest standards expected in luxury fit-out.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
Experience
- Project supervision : 7 years (Required)
- Fit-out : 7 years (Preferred)
License/Certification
- Driving license (Preferred)
