Project/Site Engineer

Position

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Eight or more years of UAE site and contracting experience; the experience section separately specifies seven years of UAE site experience.
• Interior decorative glass/metal industry experience is mandatory; the experience section lists three years in the metal industry as required.
• Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Ability to delegate tasks to site and production teams and excellent leadership skills.
• Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee decorative metal installation and commissioning; supervise metal processing and installation teams.
• Assist with site management and project planning and execution, tracking plans and deadlines.
• Process billings and project-related accounting matters.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations; coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct site visits and inspections; monitor work progress and quality against project plans and specifications.
• Prepare project documentation, passes, and reports; ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Train and guide installation team members.

Schedule

• Two days off, Saturday and Sunday; office hours are 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
• Paid overtime is provided.

Pay and benefits

• AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
