Position Overview
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out activities across multiple UAE project sites.
The role ensures compliance with project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and HSE requirements.
The position reports to the Project Manager or Operations Manager and belongs to the Interior Fit-Out Division.
Site and Fit-Out Activities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Ensure all works follow approved drawings, project specifications, and authority regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour teams to ensure timely progress.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare snag lists, and ensure rectifications meet required quality standards.
Project Control and Documentation
- Monitor project schedules and report progress, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager.
- Verify material deliveries, ensure correct installation, and maintain material usage records.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress photos, and documentation for internal and external submission.
- Support project handover activities, including testing, commissioning, and final documentation.
Coordination and Safety
- Attend client meetings, consultant inspections, and authority visits as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and enforce safety compliance on site.
Required Experience and Licence
- Two to three years of experience in the UAE is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Experience in interior fit-out site supervision and coordination is required.
Pay
- AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person at UAE project sites.
