Role Description
Lead and oversee large-scale projects, strategic programs, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop project strategies, governance frameworks, and execution plans while managing project portfolios from initiation through completion.
Direct project managers and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor project performance through key metrics and executive reporting, proactively resolve complex challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project success.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business transformation, operational excellence, and long-term growth initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement practices. Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at executive and senior leadership levels. Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with experience leading large-scale projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
