Role Description
Lead and oversee high-impact projects, strategic programs, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop project strategies, governance frameworks, and execution plans while managing project portfolios throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Direct project managers and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, budget oversight, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.
Provide executive-level reporting, resolve complex project challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project success and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business transformation, strategic growth initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement practices. Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions at executive and senior leadership levels. Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with experience leading large-scale projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, portfolio governance, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
