We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Senior Manager to lead complex projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.
In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive projects to successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes.
- Oversee project documentation, governance, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Mentor project team members and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects in a senior project management role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related certifications are highly desirable.
