Role Description
Lead and oversee large-scale projects, strategic programs, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful delivery in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop project strategies, establish governance frameworks, define objectives, and manage project portfolios from planning through execution and completion.
Direct project managers and project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management, budget control, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor project performance, evaluate key metrics, resolve complex issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project success.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive business transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring the achievement of strategic business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, portfolio management, budgeting, risk assessment, governance frameworks, and performance measurement practices. Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, and business planning systems. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at senior organizational levels. Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with experience leading complex projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
