Overview
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project scheduling roles from Oil & Gas / Defense projects.
- Experience working in multiple portfolio or mega projects.
- Great communicator and required strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for multimillion value projects in coordination with project management teams.
- Developing baseline project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Preparing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Resource-loaded schedules, Cost-loaded schedules, S-curves and progress reports.
- Monitoring project progress against planned milestones.
- Identifying delays, risks, and critical path impacts.
- Coordinating with Engineering teams, Procurement, Construction/site teams, Supply chain and subcontractors.
- Preparing recovery plans and mitigation schedules.
- Supporting earned value management (EVM) and KPI reporting.
- Participating in project control and management review meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual timelines and reporting standards.
